I'm sending this product back, even though it will be a big hassle. I'm going to have to break down and buy a casio or yamaha.at least they're dependable. Do yourself a favor and invest a little more money for a better board. You'll be saving money in the end (shipping, return fees, price of product, etc.).

When the instrument is set up with specific voices and preferences, it will default (including volume) to the original start-up mode within a very short period of time, if there is an interval of no keyboard activity. This is annoying and not useful if the keyboard is being used in a professional setting. We chose to keep the product, as it's only being used for vocal rehearsals. However, had it been a higher quality, we would have made a place for it near our piano for other functions. I am completely satisfied with my purchase of this keyboard. It's not a really amazing quality but I think it's a very good value for the price.

I was looking for a simple, inexpensive keyboard that I could practice piano with and this fits the bill perfectly. It has enough octaves that you can play most songs and a pretty good sound quality. It is a little loud and the sound seems a little off sometimes but I would purchase it again because it's the best price I've found and it certainly works for what I needed it to.
